This role will take ownership of analysing and exploring remuneration and benefits data related to the organisations strategic objectives and convert findings into critical information and actionable insights to improve the employee experience, enhance service delivery with improved resources planning and labour utilisation. **What you will bring to the role**: - Tertiary qualifications in relevant field including Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to present information and engage with stakeholders. - Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills with a supportive and collaborative style. - Strong technology, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through data to identify problems, opportunities, solutions. - Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of products including Excel, PowerPoint, and other programs relevant to the role. - Minimum of 2 years' experience in a generalist Human Resources role plus 3 years’ of experience in remuneration and benefits. - Demonstrated experience in job evaluation methodology (Hay methodology preferred). - Demonstrated knowledge of remuneration and benefits best practice, current employment legislation and “Employer of Choice’ practices. - Experience with the design and implementation of remuneration and benefits frameworks, policies and procedures. - Demonstrated capability to analyse datasets and gain insights. - Demonstrated experience with report development preferred (i.e. Excel and Power BI). **How can you join Endeavour Foundation?** Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation, you will be required to undertake a **“Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check.** Additionally, in line with the direction from State Government, all authorised workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
