Due to projected growth, we have a rare fixed term Project Lead opportunity, driving employee engagement across our offshore and remote sector.

**The Position**

“Buddy” is our frontline engagement tool, empowering our team with the tools, resources and info they need to stay connected and empowered. A digital hub in your hand, Buddy provides space for the Offshore & Remote national team to share site activities, learn about our purpose-driven focuses, and tap into resources from task essentials to employee perks.
- Build and schedule daily Buddy communications
- Forecast and design monthly Buddy campaigns aligned with cultural and business objectives
- Ensure offshore and remote sector digital objectives are met through continual development and evaluation of Buddy as an engagement tool
- Cross departmental collaboration contributing to strategic plans that deliver on business objectives and contractual requirements
- Evaluation and interpretation of project outcomes
- Providing reporting and trend analysis to direct future projects

- Strong sector knowledge and business acumen
- Effective written communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in project management and execution
- Passion for fostering our purpose
- Willing to be agile and flexible in workflow
- Similar experience in social media tools would be considered highly desirable
