As Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, an opportunity has become available for a **Marketing Team Leader **to support our **Community Solutions Group (CSG)** team.

**A little bit about the role**

**Fixed Term, full-time contract** for 9 months, optional locations (Bokarina or Cannon Hill - travel occasionally required)
- Drive awareness and growth of CSG brand and services through effective marketing strategies.
- Deliver a business partnering approach for CSG leaders and key stakeholders.
- Oversee advertising, research, product, and promotional activity, in line with agreed timeframes and budget/forecast.
- Oversee content strategy, including sourcing content ideas, content capture, and leveraging content for use across multiple paid and unpaid channels.
- Oversee CSG social media channels, including community management.
- Coordinate all promotional activities and manage inputs from all stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective marketing dashboards and reports that inform customer behaviour as well as campaign performance.

**What will you bring**:

- ** Minimum of 5-7 years **relevant marketing experience.
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline including Marketing, Business or Communications.
- Demonstrated experience in leading successful, engaged, and high performing teams.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies.
- Experience with all aspects of marketing and planning, including large scale advertising campaigns, media, website, customer segmentation, planning and marketing research.
- Experience in content development with strong copywriting skills.
- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and best practices within a large organisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate data for performance and business improvement.
