Right now, we are experiencing exciting growth across the country and have a rare opportunity to join our National Talent Acquisition team in a part time fixed term role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading and conducting structured behavioural-based interviews (preferably Targeted Selection) and providing guidance to our Hiring Managers through this process.
- Management of positions using the applicant tracking system (ATS) for the entire talent acquisition cycle

**Skills, Experiences and Qualifications**
- Solid experience in talent acquisition, preferably technical recruitment
- Proven highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Has the capability to build effective relationships to influence business leaders and key stakeholders
- Experience using strategic sourcing software such as LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
