**About this role**:
With the support of the Business Development and Marketing teams, you will lead the bids and submissions process for all architecture and interior design projects.

**Key responsibilities**
- Coordinate and direct the output of the submissions team
- Develop tailored written content specifically for each individual bid proposal
- Maintain record of all bids and their current status
- Track performance of proposals
- Undertake project completion surveys with clients
- Assist with content for internal and external communications including newsletters, journals, magazines, and tailored client presentations and social media content
- Collaborate with the leadership and business development teams to identify and track key market opportunities
- Contribute to strategy for positioning and inclusion on tender lists and bid teams
- Undertake market research relevant to upcoming submissions, existing sectors and new growth sectors

**Skills and experience**
- 5+ years in a similar role, ideally within the architecture or design industry
- Collaborative and team-focused attitude
- Ability to prioritise and plan conflicting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail oriented, strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrate an aptitude for writing and producing written text
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)
