The OpportunityThis opportunity is within Buildcorp's Fit out and Refurbishment NSW team — a group known for delivering high-quality, design-driven, and complex Fit-out and Refurbishment projects across a range of sectors.
As Bid Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end submission process for EOIs, RFTs and early contractor involvement bids. You\'ll collaborate across teams to develop high-quality, compelling proposals that clearly communicate Buildcorp's capabilities and value.
Responsibilities- Manage the full bid lifecycle: planning, content development, coordination, submission and post-bid engagement
- Write and edit high-quality tender responses tailored to specific client requirements
- Work closely with project and technical teams to source input and insights
- Develop and maintain pursuit schedules and ensure all deadlines are met
- Coach internal stakeholders for client presentations and workshops
- Lead post-bid reviews and contribute to ongoing process improvement
- Proven experience in bid or submissions management within the construction industry
- Strong writing and editing skills — clear, persuasive and structured
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight timeframes, and stakeholder inputs
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- A sharp eye for detail, quality and compliance
