Lendlease has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Submissions Manager to join our Australian Construction business, playing a vital role in securing the next generation of city-shaping projects. This is a hybrid position, based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of high-quality, compliant submissions and client presentations.
  • Develop bid writing plans and coordinate resources to meet deadlines.
  • Track submission progress and ensure timely delivery of all components.
  • Coach contributors to align responses with client priorities and win themes.
  • Oversee and provide guidance to Submission Coordinators.
  • Brief and manage external consultants.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all materials.
  • Proofread and format documents using MS Office, Adobe InDesign, and PDF tools.
  • Facilitate bid kick-off meetings and strategic workshops.
About You:
  • Strong background in a similar role with technical expertise, soft skills, and leadership qualities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, confident working with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and structural clarity.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex bid requirements to ensure compliance and client focus.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, InDesign, and PDF editing software.
  • Leadership skills to motivate bid contributors and support team success.
  • Experience in the construction or real estate sectors is highly advantageous.
