The Opportunity

Our global Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) team work as one, providing high quality learning experience to our people around the world. We are a collaborative and supportive team and are looking for an experienced L&OD Advisor to support the coordination of L&OD programmes, projects and initiatives.

In this role, you'll gain exposure across a wide range of responsibilities and projects and gain hands-on experience, giving you visibility and impact across our firm. Some of your key responsibilities may include:

  • Programme coordination - learning event management and logistics, from establishment of calendars, coordination of facilitators and learning technology to overseeing budgets.
  • Supporting L&OD Managers with the administration of coaching assignments
  • Managing external vendors including negotiating and invoice management
  • Updating and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Be the first point of contact for L&OD queries, programme participants and requests from staff
  • Supporting strategic L&OD projects

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Prior experience in a Learning and Organisational Development Coordination or Events Coordination role, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Outstanding organisational and project management skills, with proven ability to deliver multiple programmes.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Zoom/Teams etc for supporting online events.
  • Experience with a Learning Management System
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal, and a proactive, "can do" attitude.
