**Your new role awaits**
Coates Territory Account Managers play a critical role in the achievement of our business goals, by delivering on customer service and growth targets for a portfolio of mid-tier clients within a designated region.
Each day will include building and nurturing trusted relationships to a variety of mid-tier and tier-one client groups including exciting mid to major-sized projects, renewable energy, and local government departments across the Tom Price region, to provide mutually beneficial outcomes to these customers and Coates.
**A typical day for you**
- Nurturing existing clients within the Tom Price region and expanding your portfolio through strategic identification of target customer groups
- Establishing yourself as the lead point of contact for all client matters and developing trusted relationships
- Navigate your way through allocated client organisations and increase awareness of Coates offerings and solutions
- Develop strategies and collaborate with support teams to deliver initiatives to support sales growth
- Quote generation and conversion
- Ongoing learning and development in a solutions-based business
In your first few months you can expect to spend time visiting Coates branches in your territory and partnering up with established and experienced sales professionals to familiarise yourself with the range of equipment on offer.
**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Focus on ensuring the customer experience is exceptional
- Negotiation and influencing skills gained through experience in a similar role
- Ability to interpret and analyse data to formulate strategic plans
- Strong time management capabilities
- Computer literacy skills - using CRM’s and sales analytics
If you haven’t worked in equipment rental before but have the drive and enthusiasm to continue kicking goals, then we can bring you up to speed on the rest.
