Job Description

Organize and analyse accounting data including but not limited to data included in bank statements, company ledgers, receipts and tax invoices. Prepare client's financial statements and taxation documentation including but not limited to BAS, profit and loss, balance sheet and tax returns. Advise on and reconciliate financial discrepancies.

Investigate and advise on client's financial position including advice on turnover, assets, profit, expenses, tax liabilities and payroll. Ensure clients meet the legislative requirements in relation to taxation and financial reporting. Auditing clients for the purposes of ensuring compliance and providing advice.

Advise on clients' accounting policies, budget management, business structure and operations. Advise on financial risk and strategies to minimize financial risk. Assist the client with the operation of their internal bookkeeping and accounting system.

Advise the client on the use of accounting software. Liaise with ATO and other relevant government bodies on behalf the client. Ensure the client is GST compliant.
