**Your new role awaits**:
As a Coates Major Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to generate a pipeline of business opportunities that will drive revenue growth. Understanding your key stakeholder’s needs and the market in which they operate is crucial to successfully delivering mutually beneficial outcomes and maintaining valuable relationships.

This role is based out of Belmont and will be responsible for a network across WA with frequent ad-hoc travel.
- Identify and implement strategic initiatives for new sales growth opportunities.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with new and existing stakeholders.
- Continuously research target markets and advise accordingly of risk and opportunity
- Work with internal business teams to develop and deliver strategic plans
- Persistently pursue all business and sales leads and opportunities
- the opportunity pipeline and actively hunting revenue and contracts.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in a similar senior Key Account Management position
- Experience in mining, industrial services, construction, or machinery sales sector
- Demonstrated technical understanding of a products functionality.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to listen and communicate with the customer to deliver winning turnkey solutions.
- Commercial negotiation skills, with evidence of having applied critical thinking.
- Persuasive influencing and negotiation skills and strategic planning
