**The Role**
Our Human Resources Services department is responsible for recruiting, onboarding and supporting our employees during their career with us.
Working closely with all hiring managers of various departments, you will be managing the full process of recruiting our new talents.
We will guide you to successfully provide an amazing customer experience to all our internal clients and support you to become a better and happier HR and recruitment professional.
You will be responsible for:
- Helping recruiting managers to define their needs in accordance with employment market’s reality and complete Position Descriptions
- Kicking the onboarding process, making sure our HR administrators have all the info and documents to complete the administrative onboarding of the new employees.
- Tracking your activity by completing your weekly reporting to present all the amazing work you’ve been doing
- Carrying small HR Projects to help our Team grow as an internal service provider: Improve our Service Level Agreements, benchmark best practices etc
You are a trained recruiter eager for more, ready to take on some side-projects that will make you grow as an HR professional.
You love working in an open space with like-minded colleagues, in a role where 2 days are never the same
We are looking for a personality that will fit our Team and we’re ready to provide all the support you’ll need to settle in your role and successfully take off.
You have great interview skills and an unbelievable sense of priorities. You enjoy and are good at having formal and less formal conversations with stakeholders at all levels.
