- Southern Star Glass.**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for managing volume end-to-end recruitment to support the growing teams in our production, glass and paint line factories. They will support our Production Management team with a broad range of recruitment-related tasks such as:

- Delivering end-to-end recruitment campaigns to attract motivated and committed staff.
- Drafting job advertisements and job descriptions to suit a variety of production-based roles.
- Performing background checks for incoming employees including references, police clearances, medicals, drug tests and licence checks.
- Coordinating all onboarding processes and general administration as it relates to the recruitment process including offer letters and onboarding documents and policy delivery, ensuring that they are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- working on HR projects in conjunction with Production Managers (assembly, paint line and glass) and General Manager.
- assisting in driving company culture objectives and fostering team member satisfaction within our performance-orientated culture.**About You**

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

- Proven experience in an administrative, support or customer service role, ideally within a HR or Recruitment environment.
- A sound understanding of employment legislation / Fair Work Act / National Employment Standards.
- Confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Extensive administration skills in a high-volume environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
- The ability to be adaptable and prioritise multiple tasks, delivering within agreed timeframes, in a high-volume operational environment where priorities shift often.
- Prior experience with recruitment-related support tasks such as proactive sourcing, shortlisting, phone screening etc. would be an advantage.
- Exposure in the manufacturing or construction sector would be highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or studying towards these would be beneficial.**Benefits Of Working With Us**

A salary of between $55,000 and $65,000 per year with annual leave loading will be negotiated with a successful applicant based on skills, qualifications and experience.
