**About the role**
As our team continues to grow, we are looking for another HR Coordinator to join us.
This full-time position is based at our Geelong Head Office, where you will be the primary point of contact for HR-related items. You will support our HR Business Partners and General Manager, managing the day-to-day HR administrative processes of the employee lifecycle and payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support for HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain HR platforms and ensure data accuracy.
- Support compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in a similar role, including payroll administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
