Global Manufacturing company seeks experience HR Manager to drive HR across ANZ

**Your new role**

Due to continuous growth, a new role has been created for an HR Manager to develop and implement best practices. Working for a Global manufacturing group with 1,100 employees over 14 different countries you will be responsible for the ANZ function off this commodities company.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the MD, you will be instrumental in the coaching, mentoring and overall development of managers. You will establish the HR function, by making a difference to influence the culture of the organisation which has recently gone through significant change. You will be responsible for streamlining the HR processes and lead the implementation of our new way of doing business as well as bringing new ways to roll out training to all employees on maintaining a safety culture. You will be responsible for the majority of HR duties, providing HR advice to the national business, end to end recruitment of both blue
- and white-collar roles, implementing policies and procedures and performance management across the business.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role you will be an experienced HR Manager that has implemented new HR systems across the business, have a minimum of 10 years’ experience, and come from a Manufacturing environment. You will have excellent communication skills and show your drive and determination to work in an exciting company.

**What you’ll get in return**

You will get the opportunity to take ownership of this newly created role. This role is paying $130,000 - $140,000 + super, car and annual bonuses on offer.
