Being committed to delivering the best service possible, we’re growing both nationally and internationally and we are recruiting an After Sales Manager to help us on this journey.

**About the Opportunity**

This is a great opportunity to lead a team that are passionate about delivering great customer service for our customers - helping them to deliver great after sales care and technical support for our exclusive product ranges.
- Lead and develop the team; support the team to deliver a strong customer service experience ensuring they are trained well to provide accurate product knowledge and effectively handle warranty claims
- Build strong relationships across our branch network, suppliers and customers
- Focus on delivering continuous improvements in customer experience - resolving any matters with optimum service

**About you**

The position would suit someone who has some or all of the following:

- Passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Experience leading a customer service and/or sales team
- Ideally some knowledge or interest in plumbing products, however that it not essential
- Commercially and tech savvy
- Ideally you will have a good understanding of the ACCC requirements relating to warranty, and a general understanding of the interactions between end consumers, contractors and wholesalers to navigate effective solutions
