Our client is a well-known business based in Liverpool and are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team. This role will be a full-time permanent position to start as soon as possible.
**Your new role**
- Provide great administrative support for our Sales Representatives.
- Processing and prompt monitoring of orders for trade accounts ranging from low
- to high-density projects.
- Planning and co-ordinating of orders according to given delivery schedule.
- Liaising with clients and suppliers for enquiries regarding stock, sales warranty etc.
- Provide superior customer service assistance to effectively resolving issues.
- Reception duties when required
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to work as part of a team
- Effective time management and organisation to handle high volume of phone calls and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently in prompt investigation and follow up of customer order status and enquiries
- Attention to detail and initiative to improve processes.
