Join Australia’s Original Provider of 24/7 Personal Emergency Response Alarms. They have been operating for over 200 years and is their mission to protect their customers and clients with essential systems and equipment, to help support them in their homes. This company is looking for an Internal Sales Representative, to be based from their Sydney (Rydalmere) office but with flexible work from home opportunities available.
**Your new role**
The role will be responsible for outbound sales to new business enquiries from a range of customers in the retirement and healthcare fields, as well as handling inbound sales calls and website enquiries from individual retail customers.
You will arrange for trials of the product as well as running demonstrations to potential large order customers in order to close the sale.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your enthusiasm, empathy, and ability to connect to people will be key strengths, as we provide an essential service to clients in need of support in the home. Your sales and customer service skills will also require compassion and will enhance the lives of clients and the families we provide products to.
The role will suit individuals with customer service and some experience in sales, a team player who has the ability to work autonomously and a career focused professional. Strong communication skills and computer literacy
- The ability and confidence to target new business and communicate with a range of customers
- Strong administration experience is highly desired
- High attention to detail
- The initiative to investigate problems and identify solutions.

- Earnings for this role are expected to be around $65,000 - $80,000K Base + Superannuation + Commissions. Expected OTE $100-120k
