Developing training programs and tools to support promote and communicate user friendly systems and processes that ensure patients make an informed choice to be treated as a public or private patient and that all funding sources are identified.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Contribute to the design, development, evaluation, promotion and delivery of OSR training for new and existing employees. Ensure these training resources are kept updated through frequent reviews.
- Demonstrate knowledge of educational theory and adult learning principles.
- Know and understand the objectives of organisational needs in respect of OSR and ensure the required learning outcomes of specified training meets the end user needs. Completing and creating adhoc reports to evaluate and evidence targets are being reached or how improvements could be made.
