 About the Roles

 Experienced Business Manager (F&I)

You'll hit the ground running, leveraging your automotive finance knowledge to deliver fast, compliant, and profitable deals. You're confident, driven, and ready to lead from the front.

 Trainee Finance Specialist

This full-time role is your launching pad into a thriving Finance & Insurance career. You'll work closely with experienced mentors to build your skills while delivering tailored finance solutions to vehicle buyers.


 Your Key Responsibilities
  • Offer and explain tailored finance & insurance packages
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into finance approvals
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in all finance documentation
  • Deliver a seamless, professional, and supportive experience for customers
  • Continuously develop your F&I knowledge under expert guidance

 About You
  • Experience in vehicle sales or automotive finance is essential
  • Proven track record in a sales-driven environment
