We are looking to expand our team and are seeking an Investment Analyst to join us in Melbourne. You will join a dynamic team with a focus on culture, excellence, and a bias to action.

**The role**

The role of Investment Analyst will provide broad exposure across our real estate advisory and investments business including real estate capital transactions, investment management and development. The role provides a broad range of responsibilities and opportunities including:

- Preparing detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- Running feasibilities and financial models for new investment opportunities.
- Conduct research and analysis of various asset sectors and market trends and produce succinct reports/ presentations to support the proposed investment or development.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support business development initiatives - including pitches to capital providers and other clients.

**About you**
- Be degree qualified.
- Have 1-3 years of experience in the property or finance sector.
- Possess strong analytical and research skills.
- Be able to demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Argus and Estate Master or similar financial modelling programs looked upon favourably.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
