**Job Description**:
We are seeking an aspiring, technically competent commercial property Analyst to join our market leading Investment Services team. The role, based in Melbourne CBD, is primarily to assist in analysing, marketing and negotiating the sale of high-profile Middle Markets commercial assets, specialising in the Melbourne CBD. This key function will be actively involved in the full campaign life cycle, researching the property investment market and providing market intelligence to support the compilation of high-quality submissions and production of marketing collateral to assist the sale process.

**The scope of the role will include**:

- Provision of financial / cash flow modelling for major Melbourne CBD Middle Markets office assets and compilation of information for use in submissions, client presentations and information memorandums.
- Coordinating comprehensive financial and technical due diligence and assistance with handling associated enquiries during campaigns, including lease reviews and scenario analysis.
- Research and analysis of relevant market information / intelligence, particularly in the area of divestments and acquisitions that generates the identification of off-market opportunities across the Office asset class.
- Manage the key data sources of the team including sales data, valuation data, and other sector specific data.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the Middle Markets client base, including private and institutional local and offshore clients.
- Assisting in the development of the opportunity pipeline.
- Prepare client progress reports on campaigns and attend client meetings and inspections.
- Actively assist in pursuing new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers.

**Qualifications**:
**The skills and experience you will bring to this role include**:
Ideally the right person for the role will be a newly qualified Commercial Valuer or Analyst within a commercial property business that wants to make the move towards a transaction role in the future. Other requirements:

- University Degree Qualified within the Property sector
Strong valuation and analytical skills, ideally competent with Forbury
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent Communication skills both written and oral, and the ability to converse with all level of staff from senior level management to technical staff.
- Understanding of local investment property market, value drivers and current trends.
