**Our client**

Numbers Executive is supporting a highly successful real estate investment manager (with in excess of $1bn of assets under management) to appoint a new Investment Analyst to the team in Melbourne. With a proven track record investing in premium commercial properties, our client delivers strong, long term returns to investors across single and multi-asset property trusts.

**The opportunity**

Supporting the senior team members with the evaluation of new acquisition and investment opportunities and the management of the unlisted fund, the Investment Analyst /Associate plays a critical role undertaking robust and accurate analysis, valuation and due diligence activities. Specifically, this will include analysing and reporting on key fund metrics (Fund EBIT and NTA, IRR’s and WALEs) financial modelling and valuation analysis to support investment decision making and ongoing market and sector research.
