As the Key Account Manager putting the customer first is your number one priority to ensure you are creating an exceptional customer experience. Understanding of teamwork is critical to achieving this success. This position is based near the Melbourne CBD with good transport links and parking. Vibrant café culture. Opportunity for some remote working and a great smaller team culture.
The position of Key Account Manager Customer Service will see you play a key role in the retention, profitability, and development of their clients Freight Forwarding existing customers.
To be successful in this role you will need to have strong communication skills, ideally a minimum of 2 years’ customer management experience in International Forwarding. Experience with stakeholder management, have good planning and organisation skills to contribute to a strong customer centric team culture. Experience using CargoWise.
