Due to rapid growth, we're looking for an entry level, tech savy Office Coordinator to join our Melbourne office This positions is a
**6 month contract** with the high potential to renew and become a permanent member of the team. As the Office Coordinator you will handle the routine office management as well as administrative responsibilities for the management. You will work closely with the HR team, assisting with employee engagement, events and birthday celebrations

Additionally, for those who are tech savy and looking to get their foot in the door we will be looking at adding an IT Help Desk position in the next 6 months; offering additional growth opportunity here at Capital Com Australia

**Responsibilities**:

- Being the friendly "go to" person for the office, coordinating with building management and supplies
- Office maintenance - mail collection, coordinate deliveries, stationery requirements and maintain IT assets
- Manage office supplies and inventory, being a local office contact while working with the global Supply team
- Completing and coordinating monthly budgets
- Coordinate with Finance and Supply teams on all invoices and payment, ensuring timely processing
- Play an active role in planning and coordination of employee events
- Be the main point of contact for day-to-day facility maintenance; communicate and escalate issues to property management
- Manage security badge access
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and other executives, such as formatting documents and powerpoint creation
- Assist with onboarding of new staff, specifically assisting with software setup
- Maintain and update the local inventory
- Provide basic technical support, ensuring devices (laptops, meeting rooms, access systems) are functional
- Work with remote teams to assist in configuration and troubleshooting of local technical issues.

**Experience, Knowledge and Skills**:

- Tech Savvy and experienced with Google platform
- Familiar with managing an office and day-to-day operations
- Experienced in providing administrative support
- Excellent attention to detail with effective communication skills
- Ability to take accountability for achieving goals and tenaciously completing work of consistent excellence
