**The Position**
The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and executive support to the team, this assists in the delivery of a range of services to clients.
The Office Coordinator manages the coordination of workflows between Partners and the team, handles client enquiries, administers client documents, and assists with diary management of the partners.
**Key responsibilities will include**
As the Office Coordinator, you will run the day to day of a dynamic, fun and inclusive environment
- Works closely with Partners, Managers, and staff to provide updates on work register issues and works with team to ensure that service levels are maintained.
- Provide assistance to team members on a daily basis by allocating tasks, monitoring workflows, and checking written material.
- Assist the team with preparation of client billing.
- Assist the partners with their phone and diary management.
- Administration support to Partners.
- Coordination of database and administrative systems.
- Administer client documentation and act as the contact point between the client and ATO.
- Event management, both internal and external.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated experience in MS Office products including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Administration experience within accountancy is desirable.
