**About the Role**

Join our team at Monford Group as an Accounts Payable (AP) professional, with flexible hours available Whether you’re looking for school hours (9AM-3PM) or full-time, this role is the perfect fit.

You'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our accounts payable ledgers. From setting up new suppliers and processing invoices in the ERP system to ensuring timely payments, you'll be the go-to expert for all things AP.

**In this role, you’ll be**:

- Executing the day-to-day operations of accounts payable for our construction projects
- Accurately setting up new suppliers and recording their invoices
- Making sure suppliers are paid on time
- Working with suppliers and internal teams to sort out any invoice or payment discrepancies
- Owning the month-end close process for the Payables Ledger
- Reconciling all bank accounts like a finance whiz
- Supporting the finance team with month-end processes and handling weekly/ad-hoc payments
- Analysing and reporting on AP results, including creditor aging

**Roster**: Monday - Friday

**Location**:Monford Head Office, Perth

**Flexible hours**: 9AM-3PM (school hours) or full-time

**About You**

**We're looking for someone with**:

- Minimum of 12 months experience in an accounts payable or accounts receivable role.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
