Position Overview:
The position is full-time and non-exempt, located in Orange, CA 92867.
The Accounts Payable Clerk works under the supervision of the V.P. of Accounting/Controller.
This role is responsible for processing non-AMCAL community accounts payable functions, general accounting duties, and providing administrative support to the Accounting department.
Other duties may be assigned as part of the role.

Solari Enterprises, Inc. is a full-service property management company specializing in multifamily affordable housing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coding over 200 invoices weekly.
Performing PO 3-way matching.
Forwarding invoices to the appropriate Regional Manager for approval.
Entering approved invoices into the Yardi program.
Issuing checks approved by the VP of Accounting for aged payables weekly.
Matching checks with invoices and forwarding to authorized signers.
Reviewing community invoices and checks for past due amounts.
Researching invoices with issues, documenting calls and statuses.
Resolving issues with vendors.
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of accounts payable experience.
Valid California driver's license.
Proof of auto insurance.
Reliable transportation.
Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
Professional integrity.
Detail-oriented skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Yardi Systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting at $24.00/hour.
