Property Asset Manager /Accounts Payable/Receivable

We are seeking an experienced Property Asset Manager who can also manage Accounts Payable/Receivable to join our team at our Byford Head Office.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing and conducting, and tenant handovers
  • Manage tenant enquiries, applications, and reference checks
  • Assist when required in the leasing process
  • Coordinate maintenance, site visits and trades access
  • Reporting
  • Routine Inspections
  • Processing Applications
  • Rent Arrears
  • Viewings and Market Reviews
  • Tenant and Landlord Liaison
  • Co-ordinating information for insurance renewals

Assist the existing Accounts Receivable team
  • Generate and issue customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms.
  • Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and manage credit notes or adjustments.
  • Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve billing issues.
  • Work closely with AR Lead to ensure timely collections
  • Providing back-up support for debtor billing, monthly invoicing, and

Experience in debtor management, credit control, and collections, including use of credit reporting tools

Working With Accounts Payable

Integrate processes with the financial system, policies and procedures
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to payables
  • Assist with invoice coding and approvals as per company policy.
  • Process supplier invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Contribute to process improvements for greater efficiency within the accounts payable function.

About You
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, building positive stakeholder relationships
  • Intermediate level experience in MS Office
  • Team player with sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with a can-do proactive attitude
  • Knowledge of Frameworks would be advantageous but not essential
