**About this role**:
The Accounts Clerk has responsibility for ensuring the effective coordination of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, whilst providing financial, administrative and clerical services to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative functions within the hospital are maintained.

**About You**:
To be considered for this role, you will bring billing experience, preferable in the health industry, with computer knowledge and good communication and problem-solving skills.

**You will also bring**:

- Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable role in a large organisation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Demonstrated commitment to the provision of high level quality and customer focused services
- Time management skills and the ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- High level of computer literacy in the Microsoft suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel.

***Desirable**:

- Qualification in Administrative and/or Accounting disciplines
- Previous experience using SAP or similar ERP
- Relevant health services experience.

**Remuneration**: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $37.11 - $39.10 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
