Accounts Payable Clerk

We are working with our Tier 1 mining client, seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join them on an initial 6-month contract.
Description:- Managing individual vendor accounts with ownership and attention to detail.
- Managing high-volume invoice processing with a strong focus on accuracy and payment deadlines.
- Proactively maintaining a high-volume inbox to keep communications flowing.
- Performing weekly and/or monthly reconciliations of vendor statements as required.
- Maintaining open and consistent communication channels with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proven experience working within a large Accounts Payable team.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately process a high volume of invoices.
- Capable of handling and responding to high volumes of email queries.
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal and time management abilities.
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred, but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly and efficiently learn new systems and procedures.
- Comfortable and confident in engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Able to work autonomously, yet proactive in asking for support as required.
