City Plan Services is an industry leading specialist consultancy. With offices in Sydney, the Central Coast, Gold Coast and Brisbane, we provide services in the area of building regulations and certification, heritage and accessibility advice. We boast a strong client base across industry, corporate and government and enjoy involvement in a diverse range of projects including major CBD and metropolitan signature buildings.
**The Position**
- Assist Project Managers, Managing Director & Senior Building Regulations Consultants as required
- Prepare and collate documentation for Certificates and Reports
- Document outstanding items for issue of Certification
- Liaison with clients
- Electronic filing and archiving of project files
- Accurately perform data entry tasks
- Manage a switchboard and provide reception services as required
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, pay attention to detail and provide a professional and courteous attitude when liaising with clients. An ability to prioritise, implement instructions and complete tasks unsupervised and in a timely manner, as well as working as part of a team is highly regarded. Time management & organisational skills are essential.
**Our assessment criteria for this position will include**:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role with Intermediate MS Office skills is preferred but not essential. The applicant must be focused and have an eye for detail. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and able to work autonomously within a close team environment.
Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
Start Date - Immediate start or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
