**Our client**:
Troocoo are partnering with an innovative and dynamic organisation. Our client has seen significant success due to their customer first approach and ability to deliver industry leading technologies. Due to continued expansion they are currently looking for an Office Administrator on a permanent basis.

The position of Office Administrator is a diverse role that will require you to wear many hats and support a varied stakeholder base. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the broader team.

**The role**:
Key responsibilities include:

- Provide administrative support to the broader team
- Diary management and managing meeting room bookings
- Welcoming office visitors
- Answering phones
- Assistance with new employee onboarding
- Assist in resolving basic IT issues in collaboration with outsourced IT professionals
- Ad-hoc purchasing tasks (for example office equipment)
- Assistance with travel and conference coordination

This position is best suited to an administrative professional who is that has strong exposure to diary management and general administration support. You will pride yourself on your strong time management and organisational skills and enjoy working with a varied and diverse stakeholder group. You will have a customer service approach in all that you do and love the diverse, unique and fast paced nature of this position.
