NEW ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT ROLE AVAILABLE

I’m recruiting for a permanent, part time Administration Assistant position for one of Eastern Suburbs Accountancy Firms.
In this role, you will be working 3 days a week 9.00am-4.00pm in which the days can be flexible.
**Your new role**
- Maintain computer database and update on a daily basis.
- Ability to work in a Team environment.
- Assist with ad hoc duties as required (typing, filing, data entry).
- Assisting the team with making payments and credit card reconciliation.
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- Previous experience working in an Accountancy Firm (not essential)
- Previous experience with invoicing (not essential)
- Proficient in MYOB
- Strong ability to problem solve
- Ready to learn any new skills required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software for document control and communications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisation skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
