Administration and Finance Officer
This non for profit provides opportunities for collegial interaction, sharing of knowledge and resources, networking, and advocacy to support researchers, and clinicians.

Your new role

This is an exciting and varied Administration Assistant & Finance Officer provides a diverse range of Admin supports to ensure efficient operations. The role works with the team across of finance, governance, communications, record management and project support to deliver quality services to members.
- Co-ordinate diaries and arrange appointments, meetings and functions
- Draft and co-ordinate correspondence
- Assist with preparing presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Google slides)
- Arrange travel and conference registration including booking fares, accommodation and preparing itineraries
- Assist with budget administration

What you'll need to succeed
- Prior experience within an administration role required
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with Xero and book keeping
- Advanced computer skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Database management skills
