Our client, a leader in promoting quality teaching and leadership in the education sector, is seeking a Business Support Officer (BSO) - administration assistant who is outcome focussed and can respond dynamically to changing administration requirements and has a strong eye for detail and capacity to follow agreed processes.

The key BSO accountabilities include, but are not limited to;
- Document and information management: establish and monitor dedicated reporting information in an accurate and timely manner (experience using excel or similar is necessary for this role).
- Enquiries support: supporting the team to identify and respond to applicant enquiries.

We are seeking an individual that excels in a fast-paced dynamic environment and has excellent time management/organisational skills, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks to meet competing deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the proven capability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and competent skills in MS Office, experience with Visio would be an advantage but not essential.

This temporary role is an exciting opportunity to support the Assessment for Migration team in delivering a robust service during a critical program of work for the education sector.

This role is working from home full-time, with some flexibility to attend meetings at the Collins Street office required. You MUST be available to commence within a week and also be available to work full-time hours for 6 months (excluding 26th Dec to 02 January).
