The Role
Tucked away in a peaceful oasis in the Hills District, with its tranquil surroundings and landscaped gardens, Lutanda Manor offers a warm and friendly community, with quality amenities and a supportive environment.
We have a genuinely rewarding opportunity providing comfort and help for our residents when they need it most, for a Village Support Officer to join our team at Lutanda Manor in Pennant Hills.
- Reporting to the Village manager, your duties will include:
- Spending time with our residents-
- Assisting with our colourful events & activities,-
- Supporting with meal service-
- Overseeing our community facilities,-
- Conducting welfare checks on residents,-
- Responding to call outs, undertaking first aid and initiating emergency services where required-
- Assisting with general admin and ADHOC tasks around with village as directed by the Village Manager.- A range of shifts available, including weekends & on-call sleepover shifts. Additional assistance may be required for leave coverage.
- About You- Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain)-
- Be able to make critical decisions-
- Be motivated, able to take initiative and adapt as required.-
