Village Response Attendant

Lendlease have an exciting opportunity for a Village Response Attendant, General Services to join our team at the Lutanda Retirement Village in Pennant Hills.

Duties will include responding to resident enquiries, overseeing our community facilities, conducting welfare checks on residents and referring them to our home care provider, assisting with our colourful events, responding to call outs, undertaking first aid and initiating emergency services where required. Shifts will be a mixture of daytime shifts and sleepover shifts on a Casual basis. Additional assistance will be required for leave coverage.

To be successful you will have the following:

- Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
- Be able to make critical decisions
- Be motivated, able to take initiative and adapt as required.
- Computer Skills (desirable)

In return, you will be offered an hourly rate and opportunities to progress your career within Lendlease.

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining. For selected roles more physical in nature, pre-employment medical assessments may also be required prior to any employment offers being made.
