Retail & Events Marketing Manager

**About the role**

You will be a key player within the team, where dedication and commitment are as fundamental as any previous work history you bring with you. You will work across the board with the likes of brand, content, product, CRM, digital & media + internal design teams to develop and deliver fun, engaging integrated retail-focused campaigns for both Ladbrokes and neds brands.

You will be fully supported by the GM's of Marketing for both the Ladbrokes and neds teams and will get the opportunity to represent them across multiple campaigns across the Eastern Seaboard. If your superpowers are juggling multiple tasks, being able to prioritise accordingly and cross-collaboration with multiple stakeholders this role is for you

**What you will do**
- Ownership and implementation of acquisition, retention and usage marketing strategies across all instore elements + working alongside your brand counterparts internally at Entain and our partners.
- Taking full end-to-end ownership of these events and campaigns from the briefing stage right through to execution and results and analysis.
- Ensuring all key metrics are hit as well as working with our key insights and data teams to report back to the business the successes/areas for improvement as we move into this new phase.
- Managing the marketing element of the Entain retail budget including monthly reporting and processing of invoices where required.
- Building and maintaining an expert level of product knowledge.
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards in store alongside our partners.
- **Please Note**: You will be required to travel on the eastern seaboard regularly as we will be utilising venues for key sports and racing events throughout the year which you will leading, working with teams on-site to bump in and out and run the events.

**Who we’re looking for**
- 4-6 years’ experience in retail consumer marketing from a national retailer or fast-paced agency role on high-volume retail clients, or event management.
- Extensive experience working with POS and in-store messaging ensuring it's consistent and on brand and having the ability to run with numerous campaigns simultaneously.
- Outstanding stakeholder management.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to influence people and stakeholders through a changing and evolving environment.
- A positive and pro-active mindset to seek solutions to problems and challenges, not to seek problems.
- A can-do attitude: you are a self-starter, resilient, positive, and can work with little supervision and deliver.
