**About the Role**

**Full-Time Opportunity -**Based at our Brisbane Office in Bowen Hills

**Annual Salary -**$73,000 - $80,000 + superannuation

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute multi-channel strategies to boost student enrolment, targeting both domestic and international markets.
- Drive lead generation efforts to build a robust sales pipeline and maximise conversions by regular follow ups.
- Utilize SEO and PPC strategies to increase brand awareness and customer reach.
- Create and implement sales and marketing plans aimed at achieving revenue targets and KPIs.
- Create engaging marketing content for website, social media platforms and newsletters.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights and making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Conduct market research to identify and capitalize on opportunities, enhancing product marketability, profitability, and competitive positioning.
- Plan and manage exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
- Design and execute targeted marketing and advertising campaigns to effectively engage audiences.
- Measure and report on customer satisfaction and feedback to inform continuous improvement in marketing and sales approaches.
- Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences and workshops, reading publications and maintaining professional networks.

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing / Business - Marketing (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with customer service and sales expertise.
- Strong market research, survey, and data analytics knowledge.
- Proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing.
- IT proficiency, including experience with CRM softwares, Wordpress and Social Media platforms
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills for effective work planning and prioritization.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Track record in sales, business development, and marketing to meet KPIs set by the business.
- Strong business development skills to generate new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
