Client Hospitality

**About the role**

The Client Hospitality & Events Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a national portfolio of sports and racing hospitality and events. You will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and memorable experiences for our customers across Australia’s most iconic sports and racing events.
- Due to the nature of events, this role requires flexibility in work hours as well as occasional weekend work_._

**What you will do**
- Proactively manage the day-to-day operations of the events & hospitality portfolio.
- Utilise cloud-based ticket management software to provide end-to-end event administration and ticketing fulfilment.
- Provide effective and efficient event support to Business Development Managers, Account Managers and External Agents.
- Liaise with internal departments, including, marketing, corporate, compliance, data science and client services.
- Develop strong working relationships with service providers including suppliers, venues, caterers, talent, and contractors.
- Use of proprietary information to report on and analyse event key metrics.
- Ensure the needs of the customer is always the primary focus, delivering unique experiences and the best customer experience.
- Collaborate with the broader Events Team to deliver large-scale client functions and events.

**Who we’re looking for**
- Tertiary qualifications in events, marketing, or sports management and/or demonstrated experience in event delivery.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels within the business are essential.
- Strong customer-centric attitude with an interest in the wagering industry.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- The ability to identify, analyse and interpret relevant data to drive decision making.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
