**Marketing & Communications Specialist

**What you’ll do
**This is a fantastic opportunity to develop new skills and broaden your experience by working on an array of projects with the Metro Marketing team and key stakeholder groups. Be part of our mission to make it easy for our customers to get exactly what they want from the Fresh Food People. Bring your love of food, agile and your inquisitive spirit.
- Support the Marketing Managers to deliver the Marketing communications plan with a key focus on the customer experience and execution of POS across brand initiatives and key event campaigns.
- Collaborate and support the Marketing Managers to deliver against the Marketing communication plan
- Work closely with our In Store Marketing chapter and print partners to brief and deliver relevant POS to the right stores at the right time, and to budget
- Create art briefs and coordinate reviews across key stakeholders
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of content, including but not limited to, our in store radio and digital screens
- Work alongside the Marketing Managers to coordinate the delivery of local area marketing activity and events
- Create and deliver internal communication guides to help our store teams understand and execute events and brand initiatives consistently
- Manage the upkeep of key planning and master documentsInvoice processing and budget tracking

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing

- Confident in written and verbal communications
- Thrive on tight deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment
