**Business Support (Administration) Officer**
- **12-Month, Temporary Position (Full time)**:

**We’re seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Business Support Officer for a temporary, 12-Month position within Corporate Services.**
You will put to use your evidenced experience in a business support or administrative role and experience and knowledge of administrative processes to support and meet the business needs of the departments to support in the following;
- Preparing documentation and correspondence.
- Preparing responses on behalf of Directors/Managers/Supervisors and other staff as directed.
- Prioritising and managing communication needs and issues.
- Updating and maintaining records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes to ensure all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or Equivalent.
- Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures including usage of office equipment.
- Basic numeracy, written and verbal communication skills.
- Developed written, oral and interpersonal skills for communication with clients and the public including report writing, agenda preparation and minute taking.
- Experience in a customer focussed environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge in the use of corporate and financial databases.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft suite of products.
- Excellent demonstrated organisational skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing work situations and environments.
