As the lead role in our Corporate Strategy team, you'll drive integrated service planning and performance reporting, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision. Be the force and passion behind our success and make a real impact on our community's future

**As our Coordinator Strategy and Performance, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Driving the development and implementation of our integrated planning and reporting framework, sculpting a roadmap for our future success
- Orchestrating the design and evolution of Service and Project Plans, giving life to our annual Business Planning process.
- Fuelling the City of Melville’s improvement by providing hands-on guidance and unwavering support in crafting service enhancements.
- Working alongside our Leadership and Finance Teams, crafting a symphony of alignment between our Business Planning and budget, sparking financial harmony.
- Managing the collaborative efforts across our city's departments, fostering an environment where annual business planning and reporting processes flourish.
- Establishing and propelling our Portfolio Management Office. Deliver real-time visibility into our project and program portfolio, track performance and steer success.
- The delivery of compelling, timely reports, ensuring the executive and council are constantly in the loop with the rhythm of our achievements through monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Local Government or related
- Strong understanding and demonstrated experience of the Local Government WA Integrated Planning and Reporting framework
- Demonstrated experience in change management
- Capability and experience in relevant software systems
- Demonstrated experience in building effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to effectively and autonomously time manage, set tasks, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated effectiveness to influence and engage key stakeholders in developing and adhering to strategic planning processes
- Effective data collection, analysis and reporting methodology to contribute and/or improve business outcomes
