**Description**:
YOUR NEW ROLE
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and trade qualified automotive professional, looking to enhance their leadership capability to join our Signature Store at Coopers Plains.
Working within a skilled and experienced team and guided by our highly supportive Store Manager you'll have an opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to ongoing store success.
You'll be responsible for coordinating activities within the workshop, providing technical support and guidance to our Technicians and Apprentices, answering customer queries and staying on top of administrative tasks. You’ll also get to work closely with our R&D team to understand the engineering, provide feedback and help solve problems.
This role would suit someone who still wants to be 'on the tools' while also developing/enhancing their leadership and workshop coordination skills.

**Skills and Experiences**:
ABOUT YOU
You will be a qualified and skilled automotive mechanic who enjoys getting in and working alongside your team, you'll be passionate about high quality work and developing knowledge and skill in other workshop technicians and apprentices. You are a self-motivated and driven individual, with high attention to detail and excellent communications skills that enable you to interact with our team and customers daily.
