**About the Role**:
At our Fulcrum Coopers Plains branch, you’ll support the Store Manager in running a high-performing workshop, guiding a team of techs and apprentices, and delivering standout customer service.
**You’ll**:
**Lead the floor**: Support, coach, and problem-solve in real time
**Keep the workshop humming**: Schedule jobs, coordinate teams, track productivity
**Stay on the tools**: Jump in when needed, troubleshoot and deliver top-quality work
**Talk with customers**: Explain, advise, and ensure they leave confident and satisfied
**Work with R&D**: Help us test, improve, and evolve new solutions and products
**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:
A qualified automotive technician (Cert III or equivalent)
Experienced in a senior workshop role, ready to lead
Confident communicator who builds trust with teammates and customers
Passionate about quality, performance, and 4WD/off-road culture
Organised, proactive, and motivated to grow your leadership skills
