**Description**:
THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and professional Retail Manager with automotive and strong leadership capability to lead our Brisbane Signature Store team.
- $1500 sign-on bonus*
- $3000 relocation allowance for moving expenses if relocating more than 500km*

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate that you can:

- Manage and lead people including engaging in recruitment, performance management and training of your team
- Ensure customers experience exceptional service and maintaining customer relationships is a priority of the business
- Manage customer enquiries and managing bookings
- Achieve your store sales targets and objectives
- Allocate workshop activities and tasks to the team
- Manage store administration and operations
- Encourage and develop a positive work culture
- Champion and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage stock control and store security and assets
- Ensure the consistent execution of the company’s marketing and brand identity.

**Skills and Experiences**:
ABOUT YOU

**To be considered for this role you must**:

- Have demonstrated leadership experience
- Be passionate about all things automotive or 4WD with diagnostic experience
- Love a challenge and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a friendly and confident demeanour, with a “can do” attitude
- Can multi-task, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
- Be able to manage your team
- Have excellent people skills and be intuitive to customers’ needs
- Can train and mentor employees including apprentices.
- More seasoned professionals currently working in this role and industry but are looking for a new challenge within a progressive and dynamic Australian company. This is someone who could bring something more senior to the team.
- New to the role, who is an automotive enthusiast, but currently working in a different industry, and are hard-working, willing to learn, meet the above criteria, and demonstrate their passion for automotive aftermarket products.
