**Description**:
THE ROLE

Store managers at Fulcrum are leaders and rockstars in our business. They also tend to stick around as they get all the benefits of running their own show (including up to 12% of store profits) without the all the hassles of actually being the owner - win win.

An exciting opportunity exists for an energetic and experienced automotive Retail Store Manager with strong leadership capability to lead our Fulcrum workshop.
- Highly lucrative and achievable quarterly commission - up to 12% of profit

- Up to $3,000.00 relocation allowance for moving expenses if relocating more than 500km*

**You must be able to demonstrate that you can**:

- Ensure customers experience exceptional service. Maintaining customer relationships is a priority of the business
- Manage, lead, and motivate people including engaging in recruitment, performance management and training of your team
- Manage customer enquiries and managing bookings
- Achieve your store sales targets and objectives
- Allocate workshop activities and tasks to the team
- Manage store administration and operations
- Encourage and develop a positive work culture
- Champion and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage stock control and store security and assets
- Ensure the consistent execution of the company’s marketing and brand identity.

**Skills and Experiences**:
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

**To be considered for this role you must**:

- Have demonstrated leadership experience
- Be passionate about all things automotive or 4WD with diagnostic experience
- Love a challenge and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a friendly and confident demeanour, with a “can do” attitude
- Can multi-task, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
- Be able to manage & motivate your team
- Have excellent people skills and be intuitive to customers’ needs
- Can train and mentor employees including apprentices.
- More seasoned professionals currently working in this role and industry but are looking for a new challenge within a progressive and dynamic Australian company. This is someone who could bring more experience to the team.
- New to the role, but are hard-working, willing to learn, meet the above criteria, and demonstrate their passion for automotive aftermarket products.
