At UniSuper, you'll lead digital innovations that directly impact the financial wellbeing of thousands of Australians. As a Digital Product Owner for Digital Advice, you'll shape how members interact with their retirement savings, creating intuitive digital experiences that make financial decisions clearer and more accessible.

**The role**

A contract opportunity through until June 2026, you'll join our Digital & CX team where you get to shape the future of our new digital advice channel. You'll work with talented designers and developers who are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and embrace both agile and waterfall methodologies to deliver the best outcomes

You'll take charge of exciting digital initiatives including:

- Lead and shape the vision for UniSuper’s digital advice service, that solves real member needs
- Developing innovative calculators and planning tools that help members visualise their retirement journey
- Shape the roadmap for our digital channels, including web and mobile apps
- Collaborating with our retirement product team to digitize member experiences
- Using data and analytics to drive decisions and improve member outcomesWorking closely with scrum teams to bring your vision to life
- **About you**

An experienced Digital Product Owner, you will have the confidence and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders in order to set and meet their expectations. Experience delivering digital change using both agile and waterfall methodologies is also critical along with
- A knack for turning complex problems into simple user experiences
- Experience within superannuation or finance, and/or ecommerce would be an advantageBeing a self-starter, a logical thinker, and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
