We're partnering exclusively with an organisation who have been market leaders within their space, year after year. Due to growth, they're looking to bring on a Senior Digital Product Owner in a newly created role.

**The role**:

You’ll be responsible for delivering digital features whilst creating a clear and convincing vision that can guide the scrum teams and align all stakeholders towards the common goal. In this role, you’ll be collaborating with business stakeholders and experience designers to shape up ideas into online experiences that target improved performance that align with the business’ strategy. You’ll be the conduit between business stakeholders, project teams, technology teams, to facilitate activities across these teams and the delivery of all digital related change.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operationalise the digital strategy by converting goals into individual digital initiatives.
- With deep understanding of business goals & customer needs, identify and prioritise ideas that drive the greatest commercial outcomes (e.g., growth, engagement, reduction in costs etc.).
- Present the order of work in a roadmap to ensure broad alignment.
- Lead digital opportunities through a process to ensure they are feasible, viable and desirable.
- Develop lean business cases that clearly define the business value with the associated costs and constraints so that relevant investment decisions can be made.
- Work closely with designers to produce superior digital experiences.
- Ensure the digital experience aligns to brand/product/risk/security rules etc.

**What we're looking for**:

- 4+ years of relevant work experience as a digital product owner or product manager
- Previous product experience in finance, superannuation or insurance is highly advantageous
- You are data led with a high degree of competence using google analytics to gain insights
- Previous experience working with both CX designers and UX designers

**Salary**: $150,000 - $160,000 + bonuses.

This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne CBD.
